Preparing Localhost server - Installing XAMPP and ionCube loader

In this video we will download XAMPP from http://www.apachefriends.org/en/xampp.html, install it and prepare for JReviews. We will also download ionCube loader from http://www.ioncube.com/loaders.php
For more info regarding JReviews requirements read JReviews Pre-install requirements.
Note for JReviews Express clients: All requirements are the same as for JReviews, except ionCube loader, JReviews Express doesn't need it.
